RETURN POLICY

Save time and money and measure twice, buy once. If for any reason you would like to return your product(s), we will happily accept them.

Please note the following criteria:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
• All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free
• Include a note with your name & order number

Also please note that SALE items and MADE TO ORDER items - which includes everything from the Liberty Collection & Rope Leads are not returnable due to the fact that they have been made especially for your order.

• You are responsible for the return delivery costs.
• Delivery costs from original order will not be refunded due to a return.
• If you received free delivery for spending over £40 & return the order, £4.25 will be deducted from your refunded amount to cover original postage.
• We recommend using a tracking delivery service to guarantee we will receive your item.
• Once your return is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 5-7 days for processing, credit is then applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours. 

Please note that we no longer offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange the product you will have to return the item to us for a refund and then repurchase the new product.

DISCLAIMER

It is your responsibility to check the suitability of the product for your pup and of the general wear over time. All items are not chew proof so please be aware of any nibbling your pup might do.

We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may happen from your pup wearing our products.
